MEET THE FOUNDER AND DIRECTORS

CLAUDIA MASSERA
Founder & Artistic Director, Radiant Girl Project CIC
Creator of DanceBodyMind®
Claudia Massera is an artist, dancer, and visionary storyteller whose work bridges the worlds of movement, healing, and creative empowerment. For over 15 years, she has led DanceBodyMind®, one of London’s leading dance schools, where her students have performed across major UK stages and been featured on both the BBC and ITV.
A performer since the age of six, Claudia’s career began on stage in Italy and has spanned three decades of artistic exploration. Her lifelong curiosity about the connection between body, mind, and emotion has led her to study physics, spirituality, and neuroscience, and to qualify as an NLP practitioner, Level 3 personal trainer, and certified holistic wellness coach.
Through her work, Claudia has trained over 90 certified DBM® teachers worldwide, developed REPs-accredited teacher training programmes, and inspired a global community of women to reconnect with their bodies and creative voices.
In 2024, Claudia founded the Radiant Girl Project CIC, a social enterprise using dance, storytelling, and community performance as tools for healing and transformation.
Her belief is simple yet radical:
“When women create instead of consume, they rediscover their power.”
A passionate public speaker and advocate for women’s wellbeing, Claudia continues to bring her infectious energy, compassion, and artistic vision to stages, retreats, and community programmes across the UK and beyond.

OUR STORY
ABOUT US
Reclaiming Radiance.
Restoring Voice.
Reconnecting with the Girl Within.
Radiant Girl Project CIC was born from over 15 years of work
with DanceBodyMind a London-based dance school
that began as a space for performance and training,
and grew into a movement for healing and creative empowerment.
Through years of classes and shows, we witnessed something powerful:
dance was doing more than entertain
it was transforming lives.
Women who came to learn choreography began to rediscover their voices.
Corporate professionals, mothers, and students
started to remember the parts of themselves they had silenced
the singer, the dancer, the dreamer within.
We realised that when a woman reconnects with her body and creativity,
she stops consuming to fill emptiness
and starts creating from fullness.
Our work became about that shift:
from consumption to creation, from seeking approval to self-expression,
from surviving to shining.
OUR
PHILOSOPHY
We believe creativity is a birthright
not a luxury.
When we dance, move, and express,
we bridge the gap between body and mind,
art and healing,
self and community.
Movement is medicine.
Art is therapy.
Expression is freedom.
That’s why Radiant Girl Project blends
performing arts and wellbeing into one ecosystem
where participants heal in workshops
and then share that transformation on stage.
Our flagship performance, Symphony of Light,
brings professional and community performers together
to turn personal stories into collective art
proof that when healing meets creativity,
transformation becomes visible.
